Returns + Exchanges
We’ll process your return as quickly as possible. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once your order arrives back at our warehouse. Even if processing is delayed, your return will remain eligible as long as it was submitted within 7 days of receiving your order and complies with our returns policy. You will receive an email from us once your return or exchange has been processed.
EXCHANGES
Stone.kin products make beautiful gifts and are often purchased for someone else, we are happy to exchange your purchase should you have ordered the wrong size or cut or simply change your mind. Please use the size chart and choose carefully as the return shipping will be at customers expense.
For hygiene reasons, please do not remove your own underwear before trying on your pair of Stone.kin. Items that have already been worn and washed will not be exchanged. We will exchange any item within 7 days of receiving your order.
We accept returns or exchanges if we are notified within 7 days of you receiving your order, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.Please email us at hello@stonekin.co with:
-The item(s) you would like to exchange, or
-Whether you would prefer a refund.
We will then provide you with the return address and further instructions.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, we offer free return shipping on exchanges for all first orders.

We at Stone.kin take pride in our product and are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Should you find any fault with your purchase we would love to hear about it, as we are committed to ensuring the highest quality possible.
We will gladly reimburse you for your purchase or exchange it for you should they be faulty, provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving it. We will cover the costs of the return should your product be faulty.
Please make sure the item returned is accompanied with its original packaging.
