Returns + Exchanges
We at Stone.kin take pride in our product and are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Should you find any fault with your purchase we would love to hear about it, as we are committed to ensuring the highest quality possible.
We will gladly reimburse you for your purchase or exchange it for you should they be faulty, provided you notify us within one week of receiving it. We will cover the costs of the return.
Please send us an email prior to returning your purchase so that we can ensure a speedy reimbursement, once we have received it. Emails can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order number and a brief description of the fault.
Due to the fact that Stone.kin products make fantastic gifts and are often purchased for someone else, we are happy to exchange your purchase should you have ordered the wrong size or cut or simply change your mind. Please use the size chart and choose carefully as the return shipping will be at customers expense.
For hygiene reasons, please do not remove your own underwear before trying on your pair of Stone.kin. Items that have already been worn and washed will not be exchanged. We will exchange any item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Just send an email to email@example.com with your order number, the product you would like to return and the product you would like in exchange. All exchanges must be sent back to us at the customers expense. Please include your own prepaid self addressed bag/envelope for us to send back the desired exchange, and include a note inside your return explaining what you would like to exchange for. Assuming it is still in stock, we will send pack your parcel in your self addressed bag/envelope, and we will contact you once we have received it.
